About the role:

This is a part-time permanent opportunity looking to commence January 2026 for term 1 – 2 days per week (7:45am to 3:45pm), located in Forestville NSW. Starting base hourly rate $37 to $55.96 negotiable based on experience & qualifications, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options. This service operates in the school term and school holidays are paid.

What you’ll be doing:

• Foster warm, respectful relationships that help children flourish — emotionally, socially and intellectually.
• Create vibrant, play-based learning environments that celebrate diversity, creativity and discovery.
• Partner with families to support each child’s unique journey.
• Lead by example — guiding and supporting educators to bring out the best in each other and the children in their care.
• Contribute to a service that values reflection, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting children with school readiness and transition to school statements.

Your Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Child protection experience
• Current first aid, NSW WWCC and National Police Check
• A deep commitment to inclusive, strengths-based practice
• An ability to build genuine, lasting connections with children, families, and colleagues
• Energy, creativity and a collaborative spirit that uplifts those around you
