What Does a Typical Month Look Like for a TAB Facilitator/Coach?

• Facilitate Peer Advisory Boards - Each month, you’ll bring together groups of business owners, executives and managers for powerful 4-hour board meetings. These aren’t ordinary meetings—they’re collaborative sessions where ideas flow, challenges are tackled, and real strategies are built. Your role is to guide the discussion, draw out insights, and ensure every member leaves with practical actions that move their business—and their life—forward.

• Coach Business Owners, Executives and Managers One-on-One - Between board meetings, you’ll meet one-on-one with each member. You’ll be their trusted accountability partner, making sure the commitments they’ve made are turned into reality. These sessions are where breakthroughs happen—where business owners start to see their vision take shape and their confidence grow.

• Facilitate Strategic and Leadership Transformation Workshops – Work with Senior Leadership Teams to guide them through structured, strategy-led workshops that align vision, people, and execution across their business. Stratpro takes big-picture goals and translates them into measurable outcomes, building stronger leadership teams and driving sustainable growth. This programme isn’t just an extra service—it’s a game changer. It allows you to deepen relationships with your members, deliver high-value engagements, and position yourself as the trusted strategic partner that local businesses can’t do without.

• Deliver Additional Services - Because you’ll be a trusted advisor, your members will often seek additional consulting and workshops. Offer consulting, leadership training, or workshops like HI-MAP and the Business Builder’s Blueprint to diversify revenue and deepen impact.

• Grow Your Business - You’ll connect with the movers and shakers of your local business community, building relationships and sharing the value of TAB. From coffee meetings and networking events to direct outreach, you’ll have many ways to show business leaders how The Alternative Board can help them grow. • Engage with Your Community - You’ll be part of the business community—attending events, speaking on growth topics, and sometimes hosting your own. These moments let you showcase your expertise, create visibility for TAB, and build trust with business owners who are eager for support and new opportunities.

• Marketing - Growing your TAB business is about presence and consistency. You’ll use a mix of direct marketing, social media, and event marketing—supported by TAB’s proven systems—to build awareness. Over time, you’ll become known as a go-to resource for ambitious entrepreneurs in your area.
