About The Role
The Head of Partnerships is a pivotal Senior Leadership role that sits at the heart of CSB’s commercial and brand growth agenda. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is entrusted with owning and executing one of the most heavily invested and strategically critical functions in the business. Partnerships are not just a channel for CSB, they are a defining pillar of our brand and community ecosystem.
With a mandate to build a truly best-in-class global partnerships function, the Head of Partnerships will shape and lead the strategy across influencer marketing, gifting, affiliate programs, strategic brand collaborations and B2B partnerships. This includes identifying and cultivating relationships with world-class talent, managing high-impact campaigns, and delivering measurable commercial returns.
The ideal candidate is a senior operator with a sharp commercial lens, global experience, and a deep understanding of the creator economy. They will bring a unique blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and relationship mastery, cementing CSB’s position as a partner of choice for talent and collaborators globally.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Partnerships & Influencer Partnerships Strategy
- Own and execute CSB’s global partnership framework as a core commercial channel.
- Build and maintain a 12-month roadmap aligned with our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and product development critical path.
- Lead and continuously evolve CSB’s influencer and gifting strategy across tiers, markets, and platforms.
- Identify new markets, audience segments, and partnership opportunities that align with brand strategy and growth targets.
- Implement and manage a scalable affiliate/referral program with clear commercial attribution.
- Oversee compliance, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies for all influencer and ambassador relationships (e.g. content rights, exclusivity, usage timelines, disclosure).
- Explore and test new partnership formats to innovate in how CSB shows up in the market.
- Own the evaluation and optimisation of CSB’s partnerships and influencer tech stack (e.g. gifting, tracking, UGC etc)
- End-to-end lifecycle management of major partnerships, including contract negotiation, commission models, engagement planning, and milestone tracking.
- Identify and secure new world-class talent aligned to CSB’s mission and brand.
- Own and manage the partnerships and influencer marketing budgets, ensuring accurate spend tracking and forecasting.
- Lead commercial negotiations, driving measurable impact against key metrics.
- Manage gifting program execution, campaign delivery, and influencer management workflows.
- Ensure that partnership-led content aligns with brand and commercial goals.
- Partner with Brand and Operations to bring CSB partnerships to life via events, pop-ups, or creator activations globally.
- Develop and maintain clear measurement frameworks to track ROI, reach, engagement, and content performance.
- Report on partnership performance periodically as part of business reviews.
- Conduct ongoing commercial assessments and scenario planning to inform future investment and de-risk underperformance.
- Collaborate with key functions and teams to optimise outcomes across supporting channels.
- Ensure all partnerships and co-marketing activity complies with relevant international regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to advertising standards, consumer protection laws, data privacy regulations and cross-border digital marketing requirements.
- Monitor and proactively manage compliance risks in partner marketing campaigns across all jurisdictions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Product, CX and eComm teams to ensure campaigns are integrated across all channels.
- Work with Brand, Creative, and CRM to amplify partnership content across owned media channels (e.g. EDM, socials, ads etc).
- Champion historical performance insights in the planning of new collaborations to maximise future performance.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing partnerships team.
- Create scalable systems and processes that support growth across influencer and brand partnership pillars.
- Foster a culture of bold thinking, operational excellence, and measurable impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand strategy (with at least 3 years in a leadership role)
- Strong understanding of global influencer ecosystems and affiliate structures
- Commercial literacy including forecasting, budget management and contract negotiation
- Comfortable with attribution models, content performance analytics, and digital metrics
- Confident senior operator with the ability to influence at executive level
- Commercially astute with deep understanding of how partnerships drive growth
- Proven on-the-ground experience in B2B partnerships within ecommerce, with a clear track record of delivering commercial outcomes
- Direct experience managing influencer marketing programs across micro to macro influencers, ensuring ROI and brand alignment
- Skilled in navigating complex celebrity and talent relationships, balancing commercial opportunity with reputational risk
- Global outlook with experience operating across multiple markets
- Strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder
