Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant – Dynamics CRM based in Brisbane. You will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Create Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in alignment with Agile delivery practices.
  • Perform Fit-Gap analysis to identify solution gaps and recommend appropriate configurations or customizations.
  • Develop wireframes, process flows, and design documentation to illustrate system behavior and business processes.
  • Prepare detailed functional solution designs addressing business, interface, and performance requirements.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications based on functional and technical specifications.
  • Review and validate functional test cases to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria and business goals.
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout all project phases, managing project risks, issues, and communications.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
