About the Opportunity

Drive the vision: Lead the strategic development of our TechnologyOne ERP platform to deliver real benefits for staff, the community, and the organisation.
Design smart solutions: Translate business needs into practical, scalable solution designs and blueprints.
Deliver projects that matter: Manage and deliver enterprise-level ERP improvement projects — from scoping to go-live.
Collaborate and connect: Partner with business units and the Transformation team to align technology solutions with organisational goals.
Get hands-on: Perform advanced configuration across modules like CES, Finance, Property & Rating, HR/Payroll and ECM, and build integrations within our broader corporate ecosystem.
Make data work for everyone: Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to enhance data-driven decision making.
Lead and share knowledge: Provide technical guidance, develop proof-of-concept solutions, and help uplift ERP skills across the team.
Keep things running smoothly: Follow governance and best-practice change management to ensure stability, security, and performance of the TechnologyOne environment.

This role is a part-time (0.8 FTE) opportunity. Remuneration begins at $119K to $133K (Band 8) plus superannuation.
About You
You’re a curious problem-solver with a knack for simplifying complexity. You know your way around TechnologyOne (Ci & Ci Anywhere) and can balance the big-picture strategy with hands-on technical detail. You’re just as comfortable deep-diving into SQL and workflows as you are explaining a solution to a non-technical stakeholder.
You’ll bring:

Around 10+ years of hands-on TechnologyOne configuration or consulting experience, ideally within mid-to-large, complex organisations.
Deep knowledge of TechnologyOne’s core features — from user access, permissions and security categories, to ETL, stored procedures, BPAs, data models and analytics.
Solid SQL and programming skills to create stored scripts, advanced queries, and data extracts that make systems talk to each other beautifully.
A strong grasp of the solution design and development lifecycle — you know your way from requirements gathering and scoping through to configuration, testing, and change management.
Proven project management experience, successfully delivering enterprise-level improvements and system changes.
The ability to clearly document and communicate changes, ensuring transparency and continuity across teams.
