Your Opportunity: The position of the Dual Diagnosis Coordinator will: Collaborate with CYMHS clinicians to facilitate responsive care for children and young people (and their families) affected by co-existing substance use and mental health problems and facilitate integrated treatment - for dual diagnosis. Collaborate with Senior CYMHS leadership to drive the development and implementation of strategies to build the capacity of both CHQ HHS CYMHS and stakeholders to identify, assess and support the needs of children, young people and their families affected by co-existing substance use and mental health concerns. Alongside CYMHS clinicians coordinate and facilitate the integration of family centred care and recovery principles for children and young people affected by co-existing substance use and mental health concerns.
