The AO3 Registry Officer plays a pivotal support role within the RBDM by ensuring smooth operations, maintaining necessary supplies and registers, supporting IT access arrangements, and actioning shared inbox requests. This position contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate services team by providing support to essential financial, HR, facilities, and procurement functions. 1. Logically analyse a situation, make prompt and accurate decisions, resolve issues and escalate complex matters to your supervisor/manager. 2. Oversee and conduct data entry and administrative support within prescribed timeframes and in accordance with procedures and guidelines. 3. Display strong interpersonal, written and oral communications skills to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders and deliver a positive customer service experience. 4. Contribute to a cohesive team environment that embraces collaboration, teamwork, problem solving and results. 5. Support the implementation of business initiatives, by sharing and encouraging innovative ideas within your team. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
