Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with a fantastic Aboriginal Health Service in the Northern Territory to help them find a Remote Area Nurse to join their team on an agency contract basis. This role is perfect for you if you are committed to making a meaningful impact in rural and remote communities.

  • $87.50 per hour base rate plus overtime, on call and super on top of this
  • $1000 bonus! all you have to do is book a minimum of 6 weeks and complete the contract

The Location
You will be working in a remote Indigenous community located on the coast of Arnhem Land, approximately 500km from Darwin. The close-knit community is renowned for its vibrant art scene, particularly bark painting, weaving, and sculpture. They host cultural festivals and events that celebrate traditional practices, music, and dance. Living and working here will provide you a unique and unforgettable experience.

To be eligible for the position, you must have the following:
  • Current AHPRA registration, with no restrictions
  • At least (5) years of nursing experience post registration
  • Current Advanced Life Support
  • Current Remote Emergency Care (or equivalent)
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Current National Crime Check
  • Current NT Ochre card or willingness to obtain prior to your start
