Part Time Barista & Front of House (Part-Time)

Paperbark Café – 291 Gravelly Beach Rd, Gravelly Beach, Gravelly Beach, TAS

Paperbark is hiring a Part time Barista role in Gravelly Beach, TAS. We’re looking for two friendly, reliable people to join our small team at Paperbark Café.

Barista (Part-Time)

  • Hours: 9:00am – 3:00pm, Friday to Monday
  • Must have solid coffee experience and be confident with latte art
  • Passion for quality coffee and consistent presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain a calm, friendly attitude under pressure

Front of House / All-Rounder (Part-Time)

  • Hours: 8:00am – 3:00pm (occasionally a little later depending on the day)
  • Duties include taking orders, running food and drinks, and keeping the café clean and welcoming
  • Previous café or hospitality experience preferred
  • Must be reliable, well-presented, and enjoy customer interaction

We’re a relaxed, community-focused café by the river — ideal for someone who loves good food, coffee, and being part of a small, supportive team.
