We seek a motivated and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our team to enhance our brand visibility, attract new participants, and foster community engagement.

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Classy Lifes NDIS services, increase brand awareness, and drive participant referrals. This role involves digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital & Content Marketing:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email,

SEO, PPC, and Google Ads).

- Manage and grow Classy Lifes social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Create engaging content (blogs, newsletters, videos, case studies) tailored to NDIS

participants, families, and support coordinators.

- Optimize the company website for lead generation and user experience.

2. Brand & Community Engagement:

- Strengthen Classy Lifes brand identity as a trusted NDIS provider.

- Build relationships with NDIS participants, support coordinators, and local communities.

- Represent the company at NDIS expos, webinars, and networking events (if required).

3. Lead Generation & Analytics:

- Track and analyze marketing performance (ROI, engagement, conversions) using tools like

Google Analytics.

- Develop strategies to increase inquiries and referrals from participants and stakeholders.

- Assist in CRM management and follow-up on marketing-generated leads.

4. Compliance & Industry Awareness:

- Ensure all marketing materials comply with NDIS regulations and branding guidelines.

- Stay updated on NDIS trends, competitor strategies, and sector changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2+ years in marketing (experience in healthcare, disability, or NDIS sector

preferred).

- Digital Skills: Proficiency in social media, SEO, email marketing, and basic graphic design

(Canva/Adobe).

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for engaging diverse audiences.

- Analytical: Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for better performance.

- NDIS Knowledge: Understanding of the NDIS framework and participant needs (desirable).

- Creativity & Initiative: Ability to generate fresh ideas and work independently.
