As a key member of our team, youll deliver actionable insights across pricing, category health, and market intelligence—empowering smarter, faster commercial decisions. Working closely with Category Managers and cross-functional teams, youll support pricing strategies, promotional planning, performance reporting, and financial modeling to fuel business success. What Youll Do:

• Conduct in-depth pricing analysis, identify optimisation opportunities, and support decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
• Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to inform category and product strategies.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor pricing effectiveness, promotional impact, sales, and margin trends.
• Build models to evaluate pricing and cost changes, forecasting their impact on profitability and business performance.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and BI to align strategies, share insights, and enhance reporting processes.

What Youll Bring:

• Demonstrated experience in pricing, category, or commercial analysis, with a strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Looker, enabling effective data visualization and analysis.
• Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business, data analytics, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for analytical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data for non-technical audiences and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, managing ambiguity and competing priorities effectively.
• Proactive and curious, with a passion for building processes, tools, and strategies that support business scaling and continuous improvement.
