About the Role

We are seeking 2-3 freelance videographers in Australia, to join our content documentation team for a unique project based in major art institutions across the region.

As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality, short-form video content of artworks and exhibits using your own iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max (or newer) running iOS 18.4 or above. Your footage will contribute to a global visual archive and content platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture 7-12 second high-resolution video clips of artworks and exhibits
  • Follow detailed filming guidelines and visual standards provided by the team
  • Collaborate with a creative and technical team on-site
  • Ensure timely delivery of daily footage for review and quality control
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism while filming in public museum settings

Requirements

  • Must reside in or be available in one of the above locations
  • Own an iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max or newer, running iOS 18.4 or above
  • Strong eye for detail, composition, and lighting
  • Ability to work independently and follow creative direction
  • Prior experience in filming, photography, or content creation preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Availability for full-day shifts (Monday-Friday)
