  • Locations: ACT or VIC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
  • Duration: 12 months + 12-month extension option

Our Federal Government client is seeking Senior Salesforce Vlocity Developers to play a pivotal role in a nationally significant digital transformation initiative within the Australian public sector. Youll be working with a passionate, agile team that is driving innovation to enhance services that impact hundreds of thousands of Australians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust, high-performance solutions using Salesforce Vlocity (Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors)

  • Deliver and support Salesforce component builds in a multi-disciplinary Scrum team

  • Guide solution delivery with best practices in Vlocity/Salesforce development

  • Ensure adherence to quality, governance, and coding standards

  • Participate in DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and test automation rollouts

  • Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to uplift team capability

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Vlocity: Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors

  • Solid background in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and frameworks

  • Integration experience (REST APIs, Platform Events)

  • Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, II, Omnistudio Developer

  • Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Community, Health)

  • Familiar with Git-based version control and package-based development

  • Experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, DevOps pipelines

  • Background in at least 4 full lifecycle Salesforce projects using Agile

  • Passionate about accessible design and inclusive development
