QUALIFICATIONS
➢ Current National Police Check
➢ Working with Children Check.
➢ First Aid certificate and CPR
➢ NDIS Workers Orientation and Screening
➢ 100 Points of ID
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
➢ Previous experience in a similar role - Minimum of 3-month relevant experience
➢ Previous experience supporting People with Disability.
➢ Demonstrated proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
➢ Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a
multidisciplinary team.
➢ Ability to effectively priorities and organize own work / caseload.
➢ Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
➢ To be trained in supporting participants with restrictive practices and participate in further trainings regarding
the Positive behavior support plans of the participants.
➢ Experience in provide High intensity supports in line with the Registered Nurse trainings.
