Mobile Fleet Maintenance Planner - 7/7 FIFO (East Coast Australia)Lean Mining | Contract Role | Hunter Valley Region

Lean Mining is seeking an experienced Mobile Fleet Maintenance Planner to support a medium-term contract with a leading coal producer in the Hunter Valley region. If you have a background in mobile mining equipment maintenance—particularly excavators and ancillary gear—this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team with room to grow.

Location

  • FIFO from major East Coast hubs - including Brisbane, Sydney, and surrounds

  • Camp-based site in the Hunter Valley region

  • Candidates must reside on the East Coast of Australia and have full work rights

Role Highlights

  • 7/7 FIFO roster

  • Develop and manage short- and medium-term mobile maintenance plans

  • Coordinate shutdowns and preventative maintenance schedules

  • Support asset reliability, compliance, and planning accuracy

  • Engage directly with maintenance, operations, and OEMs

Youll Bring

  • 5+ years in mobile equipment planning (excavators, dozers, graders, etc.)

  • Proficiency in SAP

  • Sound understanding of mining maintenance and OEM specs

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Order 43 medical (advantageous)

  • Trade or engineering background (desirable)
