- Greeting all visitors including high profile customers, ensuring sign in processes are followed
- Arranging catering for meetings, site events and customer visits
- Administration, data entry and raising of purchase orders
- Managing meeting room bookings and scheduling
- Setting up meeting rooms including AV systems where required
- Scheduling maintenance for the office and liaising with contractors, DHL facilities team and building maintenance
- Ordering of office supplies and replenishing common areas eg. kitchen and utility room
- Office correspondence – distribution of announcements etc.
- Maintain WHS standards around the office
- Booking online domestic airline travel and accommodation
- Handling in/outbound mail & couriers as required
- Site inductions for new starters and visitors
