This role is based in Brisbane and will see you working primarily from our office (approx. 90%), with some time spent attending client meetings and site visits (approx. 10%).

 About the Role

We are seeking a confident and technically capable Senior Project Design Engineer to join our growing team. Youll play a central role in the design and delivery of commercial HVAC systems across a diverse range of construction projects - from new developments through to high-end fit-outs and refurbishments.

This is a design-based role requiring strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Youll be engaging with both clients and internal teams to ensure design intent is carried through from concept to completion, while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications and skills required:

·        5+ years of project design & construct experience within the Commercial HVAC contracting industry.

·        A mechanical trade qualification or engineering degree, with extensive HVAC system knowledge.

·        Strong Design & Construction knowledge / experience

·        Software experience with Bluebeam PDF, Revit, Excel and Camel, HAP (Hourly Analysis Program)

·        Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management

·        Understanding of AS / ISO standards & regulations

·        Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach to technical challenges.

·        Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
