Automotive Dealer - Finance & Insurance Sales - Business Manager

The Business Manager will;

• Sell and arrange finance and insurance products for our guests.

• Be an integral member of our sales team & sales processes

• Complete application for finance approval & settlement processes.

• Demonstrate features of finance, insurance and warranty products that satisfy customer needs.

• Ensure knowledge of latest finance and insurance products is current.

• Understand and thoroughly discuss terms and conditions of products. 

• Acheive KPIs and targets set by management. 

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but experience in a financial setting and/or knowledge of finance, insurance and warranty products is essential. 

• A passion for the sales environment is essential. You must strive to provide an exceptional guest experience. 

• Exceptional presentation, communication and negotiating skills.

• Sound computer skills, with the flexibility to learn new systems.

• Practices a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Driven by reward and motivated to go the extra mile.

• Hunter instincts and hunger to chase every sale as the business manager is an integral part of our sales process.
