CBRE is seeking an Operations Manager to join our high-performing team supporting the Charter Hall account — one of Australias most prominent property investment and development groups. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and team coordination skills, along with a continuous improvement mindset, looking to add value in a fast-paced and professional services environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Account Lead, youll be the operational backbone of the account — ensuring systems, processes, and team support are running smoothly across the country. Youll work closely with stakeholders and Administration Managers in each state to deliver consistent, high-quality operational outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of administration, reporting, and systems functions across the national team
  • Manage a team of 5 Administration Managers around Australia to ensure consistent operational processes across the states
  • Drive compliance, process improvement, and standardisation initiatives
  • Monitor and track performance metrics in line with the Services Agreement (People, Financial, and Contract KPIs)
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Oversee learning & development coordination, including training events and engagement initiatives

  • Proven experience in administration, business operations or support services — ideally in property, facilities, or professional services
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working with diverse teams across locations
