Southern Meats Pty Ltd is a large meat processing establishment based in Goulburn NSW and we are currently seeking an experienced fitter to join our maintenance team.

The successful applicant would be employed full-time (minimum 38 hours per week) by Southern Meats, and report directly to the maintenance Manager.

Successful applicants should have or would be advantaged by possessing the below skills / experience:

  • Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

  • Meat or food processing industry exposure.

  • Mex CMMS operations or similar

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Excellent practical problem solving skills.

  • Excellent computer literacy / IT skills.

  • General maintenance / breakdown maintenance experience.

  • Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics and stainless TIG welding.

  • Must have trade qualification.
