Automotive Parts - Internal Sales/Tech Support Supervisor

Our client is a long established and trusted brand in the supply of a range of parts and products to the automotive, industrial and related sectors. They pride themselves on providing high quality products, and ensuring their team is well trained and offer value and support to their customer base.

They are seeking to appoint a person to their motivated and dynamic internal sales team.  This role will be responsible for taking care of their current base of automotive parts resellers and specialist customers, in relation to their parts queries and orders.  We are seeking a candidate with a solid mechanical aptitude, or a mechanical qualification, who has developed some experience in a sales or customer service environment.

You will be advising clients on automotive parts availability and pricing, along with assisting your customers with technical queries, and ensuring they are ordering the correct parts for their needs. You will be processing orders from phone and email communication, and leading/supervising a small customer service team (1 - 2 team members)

Along with a great working environment - based in the Wetherill Park/Erskine Parts area, you will enjoy working with a great team and leader. A solid salary based on experience will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
