OBJECTIVES / What youll get to do…
As Business Development Executive, youll be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships that enhance our community presence and drive patient referrals.
Develop and Maintain Referral Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with dental practices, local businesses, schools, and community organisations to ensure a steady stream of patient referrals.
Organise and Coordinate Community Engagement Activites: Plan, organise, and execute community events and workshops that promote our individual practice brands. Engaging local audiences and our market penetration.
Track and Report on Outreach Effectiveness: Monitor success of community outreach initiatives by tracking feedback and participation, using this data to adjust strategies and ensure growth of our referral network.
Manage the CRM and Referral Tracking: Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed records of interactions, referrals, and partnerships.
Coordinate Continuing Education Events: Organise and manage continuing education events aimed at engaging and education local dentists.
Promote Local Offers and Partnerships: Develop and share promotions with local businesses, collaborating on partnership opportunities that can generate new patient referrals.
