About the Role

As our Design Lead, you will:

• Lead and inspire the design team to deliver compelling, high-quality creative solutions across all brand touchpoints.

• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and business support teams to ensure brand consistency and innovation in every project.

• Oversee the development of design concepts for campaigns, digital content, print collateral, presentations, and property marketing materials.

• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Lead and coordinate design traffic — balancing incoming project flow, delegating and resourcing workloads effectively, and ensuring all deliverables hit deadlines with consistent quality

• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, learning, and excellence.

• Ensure all creative output aligns with Marshall Whites brand standards and business objectives.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior design role, ideally within real estate, property, or a related industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing design team.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.

• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print platforms.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with stakeholders at all levels.

• A passion for innovation, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
