Austmix Concrete is currently seeking experienced and motivated Loader Operators / Yardsmen to join our busy concrete plants across multiple locations. With full-time roles available at Burleigh Heads (day & night shifts), and Tivoli, this is a great opportunity to join a growing company that values its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader to load materials into hoppers

• Maintain yard organisation and cleanliness

• Assist with unloading raw materials and general plant upkeep

• Support batching team by ensuring material supply is efficient

• General labouring, yard duties and manual handling

• Follow all site safety protocols and report hazards

What youll need

• Front-end loader ticket and operating experience (essential)

• Construction White Card (essential)

• HR Licence (highly regarded)

• Physically fit and able to complete manual tasks

• A strong commitment to safe work practices

• Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude

• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and night shifts at Burleigh Heads
