Your day-to-day might include:

• Running appraisals and providing strategic property advice
• Managing sales end-to-end—from listing to sold sticker
• Building trust with landlords looking to sell and buyers ready to act
• Working hand-in-hand with our PM team to maximise outcomes for investors
• Staying sharp on market trends and pricing across Brisbanes growth corridors

Were looking for someone who has:

• QLD Agents Licence and valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Proven experience in residential property sales
• Strong understanding of the investor mindset and market conditions
• High attention to detail and a process-driven, proactive approach
• Professional presentation, clear communication, and a genuine customer-first attitude
• Confidence to work independently and deliver on targets
• Experience with Agentbox or similar CRM systems is a plus
