WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  •  Industry experience in hire, transport, or heavy or access equipment (preferred but not essential).

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers, staff and a management team.

  • Ability to provide clear instructions to our Workshop Team and Drivers.

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

About the role

  • Dealing directly with all hire customers and trade customers.

  • Developing a strong understanding of the Master Hires equipment.

  • Management of hire / sales records.

  • Ability to complete end of day and end of month process.

  • Processing of hire paperwork and procedures.

  • Organizing and prioritizing schedules for Drivers.

  • Managing stock in the workshop

  • Undertaking various tasks to ensure the Office and Workshop are operating efficiently.

  • Complete delivery and driving tasks as required.
