Our company is growing and with it comes new exciting opportunities for experienced Full Time Barista All Rounders in our multiples Melbourne Locations.

Note:

  • Only apply if you are able to work at least 38 hours per week.

  • Multiple Full-Time Positions open: Melbourne CBD, Camberwell, South Yarra, Toorak

Responsibilities

As Full Time Cafe all rounder, you will work collaboratively with the store manager and Assistant Manager to ensure stores and company objectives are achieved. 

By providing great quality coffees and prepared drinks, you will support the team effort to achieve high standards in customer service, product quality and luxury cafe experience.

The role of Full Time Cafe All Rounder will require you to help with other store duties (listed below).

What you will bring

  • Hands on mindset and high energy to keep with the fast paced environment of our cafes

  • You will focus primarily on the coffee machine but as an all rounder you may be require to support the team at the register, on the floor with table service and with opening/closing/cleaning duties. 

  • Deliver and maintain the highest standard in Branding with our lovely customers

  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management

  • High personal standards in providing superior customer service

  • Weekend and public holiday work will be required

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is needed
