We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and committed to creating a nurturing space where children are empowered to lead their own play and learning. You will play a key role in providing a high-quality early learning environment that supports each childs sense of belonging and well-being.

About the Role:This is a permanent part-time position, up to 37.5 hours per week, working on a rotating shift roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, preparing, and implementing the educational program, including documentation

  • Provide a safe, secure, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children

  • Actively and effectively supervise children

  • Apply and implement the Early Years Learning Framework, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines, and the National Quality Standards

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised learning environment

  • Foster strong, respectful partnerships with families, colleagues, and the wider community

Essential Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Childrens Services (Early Childhood Education and Care) or actively working towards a qualification

  • Current First Aid certificate or ability to obtain

  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) issued by Blue Card Services, Department of Justice and Attorney-General
