Youll be an essential part of our growing People & Culture team, reporting directly to the Senior People and Culture Business Partner, and making a real impact on the future of our business. What makes you our perfect match?
- Has a degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Has 3+ years experience in a HR/Employee Relations role, preferably within Maintenance/Industrial or Construction Industry
- Loves managing all things HR, from end-to-end support to business units, to providing expert HR and IR advice
- Support managers with the interpretation of, and adherence to, policies and procedures and interpretation of employment legislation
- Is a strong communicator, able to build relationships with all kinds of stakeholders
- Is experienced in interpreting Enterprise Agreements and guiding teams on employment legislation
- Is passionate about creating a great work culture where people feel engaged, rewarded, and valued
