ConsultANZ is looking for a seasoned Piling Project Manager with over 8 years of practical expertise in CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Wall systems to lead major infrastructure projects across Queensland.

ABOUT YOU You are a results-driven professional with a deep knowledge of piling and ground engineering techniques, capable of managing complex operations from start to finish. You thrive in a collaborative environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about delivering quality outcomes safely and efficiently.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Extensive experience in foundation engineering and modern piling technologies.
  • Strong grasp of technical documentation, method statements, and site reporting.
  • A team-oriented mindset with demonstrated leadership and coordination skills.
  • Exceptional planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
KEY DUTIES
  • Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and site crews to ensure alignment with design and scope.
  • Ensure all activities comply with specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage and supervise temporary works installations and uphold site safety at all times.
  • Develop and implement short-term programs to keep project delivery on track.
  • Draft methodologies and risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming works.
  • Monitor, log, and report on variations and additional scope for monthly valuations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive daily site log of works, resources, and issues.
  • Safeguard the accuracy and accessibility of project records and technical reports.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • 8+ years post-graduate experience in civil engineering, with a focus on piling operations.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Prior involvement in Australian or New Zealand construction environments.
  • Expertise in self-performing piling works and ground engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and standards.
