Job Title: Site Manager - Tier 2/3 Builder | Fit-Out & Build Projects | Brisbane/Gold Coast Location: Brisbane or Gold Coast

Job Type: Full-Time, 2-Year Project

About Us:My client is a leading Tier 2-3 construction company with a strong pipeline of projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Specializing in both fit-out and build projects, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work for our clients. Due to continued growth, were seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic team for a key 2-year project.

The Role:As the Site Manager, youll oversee all on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Your leadership and attention to detail will be critical in maintaining the smooth running of construction activities and managing both trades and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the site, including coordination of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Drive project timelines and monitor progress against schedules.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Handle on-site issues swiftly and effectively.

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out and/or build projects.
  • Background in Tier 2/3 construction companies is highly desirable.
