Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement).

• Integrate Dynamics with Azure services and Fabric-based data platforms to enable seamless, intelligent workflows.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures aligned to business and sector-specific goals.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and success.

• Contribute to innovation initiatives, IP development, and platform modernization strategies.

• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, technical estimates, and proposal development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or Power Platform).

• Proven track record architecting solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Logic Apps, Integration Services, Azure API Management).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric components (Data Factory, Synapse, Lakehouse) for data platform design.

• Experience integrating Dynamics with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and external APIs.

• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or Azure Solutions Architect.

• Experience delivering solutions to not-for-profit, community services, or purpose-led organisations.

Location & Work Type:

Flexible work arrangements available. This role can be remote, hybrid, or office-based depending on candidate location and client needs. Preference for candidates based in Australia or New Zealand, but open to exceptional talent globally.
