The Opportunity

MFE Services is a trusted QLD fire protection company with steady work and a strong reputation.Were looking for a qualified Sprinkler Fitter / Fire Technician to join our team for service, repairs, and upgrade works across commercial and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, test and maintain fire sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, and pumps in accordance with AS 1851-2012

  • Identify faults and carry out repairs and upgrade works

  • Follow a structured servicing schedule with support from the office team

  • Contribute to quoting and scoping of defect rectifications

  • Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation

  • Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts

Essential Criteria

  • Based in Brisbane

  • Certificate III in Fire Protection (Sprinkler Fitting)

  • QBCC Fire Protection Occupational Licence

  • Minimum 2 years experience in fire system servicing or repairs

  • Manual drivers licence and full Australian working rights

  • Familiarity with AS 1851-2012

  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical/fitness check

Desirable (Not Required)

  • White Card (Construction Safety Induction)

  • First Aid Certificate

  • Working at Heights accreditation

  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience quoting or scoping rectifications

  • Familiarity with FireMate or similar software
