Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a high performing outbound salesperson to join our Customer Retention team. Autoleague is seeking a Full Time, self-motivated, high performing outbound salesperson to join our professional Customer Relations Department. You will be responsible for contacting existing customers of Autoleague, to secure vehicle service appointments, with a strong focus on maximizing customer retention by building value of our service operations and maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Your confidence on the phone and ability to sell and secure service appointments will ensure your success in this role. Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers to secure vehicle service appointments
  • Maximise customer retention by building value of service operations
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
  • Use a strong phone manner and written communication to engage customers
  • Manage multiple applications and processes with attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Outstanding phone manner and written communication skills
  • High level of computer competency and excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Strong focus and discipline on maintaining processes and standards
  • Ability to manage numerous applications at one time
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Team player with the ability to work in a vibrant team environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience in an outbound contact centre achieving set targets/KPIs is advantageous
  • Proven sales capability with previous sales experience including objection handling
