About us: The 30-bed interim care unit at Bolton Clarke Sunset Ridge Residential Aged Care Facility operates 24/7 and is designed for maintenance patients. It features two wings: Seahorse, which is a secure area, and Starfish, which is non-secure. The unit caters to individuals who no longer need acute hospital care but cannot return home, providing support for their transition to a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or to the community with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) assistance. About the role: Design, implement and evaluate a variety of recreational, diversional and social activities to improve or maintain the physical and mental function of the patients of Sunset Ridge Interim Care unit.
