You’ll have full accountability for operations across eight gym locations, leading a passionate team and maintaining the exceptional standards that have defined the brand’s success. You’ll play a key role in building the next stage of operational maturity, refining systems, strengthening leadership capability, and identifying opportunities to optimise performance within existing revenue streams. • Reporting to the Director, you will oversee the operation of all eight gym locations, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional support team, location managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and pride.
• Implement clear operational frameworks and KPIs to improve efficiency, service, and profitability.
• Identify and execute strategies to optimise costs and margins, maximising profit within current revenue streams.
• Strengthen processes, reporting, and communication across all sites to support scale and sustainability. Uphold the high standards of member experience and culture that have made the brand a market leader.

You are a seasoned operator who thrives in fast-paced, people-driven environments. You understand what it takes to run a multi-site business and have the commercial and leadership acumen to deliver consistent performance and growth.

• Proven success in a senior operational leadership role (COO, GM, or Head of Operations)
• Experience managing multi-site, customer-focused businesses, ideally within fitness, hospitality, or retail
• Strong financial management skills, with a record of improving efficiency and profitability
• A natural people leader who builds trust, inspires teams, and drives accountability
• Organised, data-driven, and strategic, but equally comfortable on the ground ensuring smooth execution
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and creating great member experiences
