Responsibilities

• Service & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve door and window issues on-site, providing effective repair services.

• Doors, Windows & Glass Installation: Collaborate as a team to manufacture and install primary products—including aluminum doors and windows, glass, and screens.

• Customer Communication: Advise customers on maintenance, optimization, and future service needs.

• Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Ensure product quality and implement corrective solutions.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturers, installers, and suppliers.

• Service Scheduling & Reporting: Record, track, and manage customer service calls, arrange on-site visits, and update customer records.

Requirements
