Your RoleAs our Product Manager for Network and Security Services, youll hold a critical leadership role responsible for the technology that underpins and protects our entire organisation.Youll have a dual mission: ensuring the rock-solid reliability and operational excellence of our current network and security services, while also defining and driving the strategy for our future. This isnt just about keeping the lights on; youll create the blueprint for our transformation towards modern architectures like Zero Trust and SASE.

Youll lead complex, multi-year initiatives, manage a significant P&L, and guide a large, talented team.

Youll be the key bridge between our technical experts in Cyber and Architecture, our business stakeholders, and our senior leadership, translating complex technical roadmaps into clear business value.

About You

Youre a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in both strategic product management and large-scale infrastructure operations. You dont just manage services; you own the commercial and strategic outcomes.

Were looking for someone with:A proven track record of leading network and security transformations, with hands-on experience in concepts like Zero Trust, SASE, and cloud-native services.Significant financial acumen, including managing a large P&L (e.g., >$20M) and negotiating high-value commercial contracts.Deep technical credibility that earns the respect of engineering and architecture teams.Exceptional people leadership skills, with experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., 20+ reports).Outstanding stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and articulate a compelling vision from the boardroom to the engineering squad.

This role can be based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne), or Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).
