The Vikings Group are on the lookout for a Bistro Supervisor who is passionate about providing a memorable customer service experience to our valued patrons. As a Bistro Supervisor for the Vikings Group, you will be a team leader overseeing front-of-house operations. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards. Additionally, you will oversee and manage some aspects of our functions. You will also be responsible for providing direction and coaching to the wait staff to ensure superior customer service is provided to our guests. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop in your role and build your career with our supportive and energetic team.

About you

  • Experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Energetic and driven to motivate and lead a team to desired outcomes.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture whilst attending to the day-to-day needs of the restaurant.
  • A strong sense of urgency to complete tasks thoroughly and on time.
  • Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster.
