WAREHOUSE 2IC / CREW LEADER WANTEDCasual (25 - 50 hrs/week) | Based on the Gold Coast | Immediate Start

Were looking for a weapon to back up our Warehouse Manager and lead the charge both in the warehouse and onsite at events. This role is part logistics beast, part install boss, and 100% crucial to our chaos.

If youre organised but not uptight, hands-on, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, please read on! Please note for this role that previous experience in events/warehouse/onsite/theming (or a combination of these) is a MUST!

The Role:

As our Warehouse 2IC, youll be the go-to when our Warehouse Managers out, and the steady second-in-command when theyre in. Youll also step out on-site as a Crew Leader, to assist our project managers on event setups with casual crew and repping our brand like a pro.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

In the warehouse:

  • Assisting with prep, loading/unloading and gear maintenance

  • Overseeing casual warehouse crew and day-to-day tasks

  • Helping maintain systems, gear tracking and general warehouse order

  • Acting as the point of contact when the Warehouse Manager is off-site

Onsite:

  • Leading installs & packdowns alongside our project managers across a range of event types

  • Driving trucks, managing casual crew, liaising with clients and site contacts

  • Making sure the job gets done efficiently, safely, and with style

Youll Need (or be willing and have no limitations to obtain):

  • Forklift ticket

  • HR truck licence (or at least full license and willingness to upgrade)

  • EWP ticket

  • Manual handling smarts and solid physical fitness

  • Confidence leading a team and managing moving parts

  • A “lets get it done” attitude and calm energy under pressure
