The Westport Club, based on the banks of the Hastings River, is one of Port Macquaries premier venues that offers our members and guests an a la carte restaurant, waterside cafe, a thriving events centre, an engaging gaming floor and a cocktail lounge with pristine views.

As our Duty Manager you will:

  • Set the tone for our team by delivering exceptional service to our customers

  • Oversee our daily operations including presentation of the venue, cash management and rostering 

  • Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to our teams in all departments

  • Provide coaching, performance feedback and development opportunities for those who are looking for further progression within our business

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards including but not limited to liquor, gaming, our enterprise agreement and work, health & safety

  • Have a high level of personal presentation
