About the role
We are looking for an Office Manager / Legal Secretary to join a dynamic team in Pyrmont, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations playing a key role in managing our busy office and providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to our legal team.
What youll be doing
Managing office operations, including overseeing reception, ordering supplies, and maintaining office systems and procedures
Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our legal team, including scheduling, case management, and document preparation
Liaising with clients, external stakeholders, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Assisting with the planning and coordination of meetings, and other activities
Supporting the management team with various projects and initiatives as needed
What were looking for
Minimum 3 years experience in an office management, legal secretarial or administrative role preferably within a professional services environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with legal case management software (eg. LEAP, Smokeball or similiar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
Proven experience in managing office operations and implementing efficient systems and procedures
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
