About the role

Experienced Barber/Hairdresser required join our team in Maroochydore, Queensland. As a casual employee, there is flexibility to the work schedule that potentially can suit your needs to maintain a good work life balance. This is not a temporary role, this is for a long term position a few days a week, with the opportunity to transition into more days or Chair Rental.

What youll be doing

  • Providing a wide range of haircutting and styling services to our friendly clientele

  • Utilising your expertise in classic and contemporary barbering techniques

  • Offering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients

  • Maintaining a well-organised and hygienic work environment

  • Achievable bonus incentives with no upselling or retail selling

  • Collaborating with the team to contribute to the salons overall success
