ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 6+years experience.
  • Advanced 12D and/or Civil 3D, DRAINS, TUFLOW & MUSIC.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
  • Strong time management to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. 
ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Design urban development civil works (roads, grading, drainage).
  • Document and design using 12D or Civil 3D and AutoCAD. 
  • Experience with XP-Rafts, DRAINS, TUFLOW, and MUSIC (desirable).
  • Support Design Manager in project design processes.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
  • Plan and manage projects through all delivery stages - start to finish. 
  • Design residential subdivisions (earthworks, roads, drainage, water, sewer).
  • Ensure high-quality, client-focused work.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and invoicing.
  • Develop innovative solutions and expedite project completion.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide peer support.
  • Contribute to company growth and modern design methodologies.
  • Adhere to company IMS, QMS, and WHS systems.
