Insurance Estimator / Supervisor - Multiple Roles Available PeopleGroup - Brisbane South West, South Gold Coast & Hervey Bay, QLD   ������ Locations: South West Brisbane | South Gold Coast | Hervey Bay ������ Work Type: Full Time ������ Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + Super + Vehicle + Tools of Trade ������ Start: Immediate   About the Role:   Due to continued growth, PeopleGroup is seeking three experienced Insurance Estimator/Supervisors to join our expanding team in key QLD regions. In this role, youll be responsible for assessing insurance-related building repairs, managing claims, coordinating trades, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role with genuine autonomy, strong earning potential, and long-term stability.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess residential and commercial insurance building repairs
  • Prepare detailed scopes of work and cost estimates
  • Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and subcontractors
  • Supervise repair works to ensure compliance and quality
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
