Our Client:   With an incredible track-record across NSW, our client is an Australian founded and operated project marketing firm with strong expertise in large estates & communities development. They support developers with everything from site and lot configuration to meet market demands, through to marketing strategy, database management and selling / managing to completion.     The Role:   This is a new role that has been created to keep up with demand! Based onsite near Lake Macquarie, you will be able to sell across any of the sites that they manage including the Central Coast and Hunter Valley.
  • Take all initial enquiries and register EOIs
  • Proactively reach out to past enquiries
  • Suggest communication strategies to promote exciting progress on site
  • Providing a higher than average level of customer support to inbound enquiries
  • Understanding and assessing clients needs & providing suitable solutions
  • Negotiating and selling land (and some spec or house and land packages that have been created)
About You:
  • You will be an experienced Real Estate Sales Exec (ideally within New Homes, Land &/or Project Sales) with outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • You will be proactive, enjoy jumping on the phones and socializing around the site to draw people in
  • You will be required to work a weekend roster
  • Knowledge of, and living local to the Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie or Newcastle area
