Youll play a key role in helping Australians secure their homes — guiding them through the deposit bond process with clarity, urgency, and care.

What Youll Do
  • Deliver exceptional phone and email support with speed and empathy
  • Guide customers and brokers through the application process end-to-end
  • Conduct due diligence checks in line with underwriting guidelines
  • Manage and follow up on active applications with ownership and urgency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimise the customer journey
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on digital leads and drive engagement
  • Identify and help remove roadblocks in processes and systems
What You Bring
  • 2-3+ years in a phone-based, customer-facing role (banking, lending, or finance preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication — clear, warm, and confident
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools (CRM experience ideal)
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and team-first attitude
  • Previous experience in mortgages, lending, or property finance is highly regarded
