JMK Joinery, based in Narangba, are on the lookout for two strong leaders to join our growing team:

• 🔨 Foreman - Hands-on leadership in our workshop and/or on site

• 📋 Project Manager - Client-facing role focused on project delivery and lead generation

At JMK Joinery, we specialise in high-quality custom joinery for both residential and commercial clients across South-East Queensland. From bespoke kitchens to full-home and commercial fit-outs, we take pride in our attention to detail, client relationships, and delivering work that stands out.

Youll oversee the day-to-day operations on the workshop floor and/or on-site installs, supervising a team of trades and apprentices to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the trades team

• Read and interpret technical joinery plans

• Maintain quality control and WHS compliance

• Coordinate daily workflow and materials

• Liaise with site supervisors and the internal team

Youll need:

• Trade qualification in cabinetmaking/joinery

• Previous experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand

• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving

• Leadership skills and a team-focused attitude

As our Project Manager, youll play a key role in converting leads into projects, maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and managing jobs from approval through to completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients

• Generate and follow up on convertible leads

• Coordinate projects, timelines, and install schedules

• Liaise with builders, suppliers, and the internal team

• Ensure a smooth project experience from concept to completion

Youll need:

• Joinery or construction background with project management experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability to convert leads and manage client expectations

• Organisational skills to handle multiple active projects

• A customer-first mindset with commercial awareness
