Customer Service Retail Specialist

About the role

Move Mobility is seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service and retail specialist for our new Rockhampton Showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks and will work closely with the Showroom Manager to achieve our ambitious goals. We are looking for a passionate team player with an obsession for customer service that aligns with our purpose to Get Australia Moving.  You will be responsible for helping to provide exceptional customer experience and build relationships with Clinicians & Healthcare professionals.  This role offers great development and progression opportunities. This also ensures that strong performance is noticed and rewarded.

What youll be doing

• Helping to grow a new Move Mobility Showroom in Rockhampton that provides products, expertise and advice to health professionals and clients in the provision of equipment and healthcare solutions.

• Implement the systems, processes and procedures with a customer centric focus.

• Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all customers, ensuring they have a positive experience

• Assisting customers with product selection, demonstrating features, and answering queries

• Conducting Assistive Technology equipment trials with clinicians. 

• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new product releases

• Ensuring the retail space is well-presented, organised and stocked at all times

• Contributing to team objectives and participating in store meetings and training sessions

What were looking for

• Proven retail experience , with a passion for providing exceptional service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base

• The drive to continually learn about new products and services

• Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and alone contributing to the overall success of the store

• Previous experience in the Health/Aged Care sectors will be highly regarded
