Cafe Manager

Kunara Organic Café are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Café Manager to join our vibrant team on a permanent full-time basis - commencing in July/August 2025.

This highly sought after position allows you the opportunity to run the café your way (alongside a whole heap of support) and really make a difference to our incredible offering. 

If youre an all-rounder who is business-savvy, understands the hospitality industry, has a creative flair, and most of all; has a passion towards delivering amazing customer experiences - this could be just the role for you! 

Please note that this is a full-time role, on a permanent shift pattern, whilst only working one day of the weekend.

This role will suit an all-rounder with vibrant personality, excellent leadership attributes, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of an amazing team. 

Were looking for someone who has:

• Experience managing a café team - essential

• Exceptional customer service skills 

• Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems

• Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments

• Positive and teachable attitude 

• Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)

• Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we cant teach that)
